What is the application process?
It is a process composed of interviews and challenges that let us verify that a candidate fluently communicates in English and has the technical skills and professionalism to be a Hand-Picked member.
What are the application process steps?
It starts with the Initial Interview to know more about you and to tell you about Hand-Picked. Then you have the opportunity to show off your skills in algorithms at the Technical Challenge & Interview. After that, you will implement a demo project to show us your skills on a specific technology. And voila.. you are part of Hand-Picked!
How long does the application process take?
The process is designed so you can complete it in one month. Depending on your availability for interviews, preparation and building the demo project, this time may be longer.
What happens if I cannot successfully complete the application process?
You will have the chance to retry after a period that goes between 2 weeks and 6 months. We will see your case and give you some advice that will help you improve your chances.
Is it necessary to speak in English?

Why do I have to go through an evaluation process?
This way you will show us your skills, which are needed to access the best projects with a proper pay.
What kind of clients will I have access to?
Start-ups, big companies, with projects from scratch and in development.
How much can I earn?
You can earn at least 3x an average salary in your city. We recommend rates matching your skills and the client.
What are the projects' commitments?
Full-time (40 hr/week) and Part-time (20 hr/week). There are developers who continue with their current jobs and take Part-time projects.
What kind of services do we offer?
We provide Senior Software Developers already tested in algorithms and specific technologies (Back-end, Front-end, Full stack and Mobile). All of them are fluent in English.
